Taxes of stay included
For the apartment cleaning inclued by us at the end of stay.
In July and August stays are minimum of three nights for rooms and from saturday to saturday for the apartment.
For rooms we ask for a deposit of a night to confirm your booking, please, send a check of this amount to Mr and Mrs MENAGER, non-refundable for cancellation. For the apartment, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the stay to confirm your booking, send a check payable to Mr and Mrs MENAGER, non-refundable for cancellation.
Notes
- Arrival from 16h - Tell us in case of delay
- The balance is due on arrival
- On departure day the rooms and the apartment must be available by 10am.
- Our little dog Teddy will accompany your stay, so we can't accept other animals
- The presence of a swimming pool imposes that the children must be under the only responsibility of their parents
- The access to the swimming pool is regulated by schedules.
- Rooms and the apartment are no smoking areas.
